Footbodds brings football fixtures, results, statistics and odds for 50+ competitions together in one place. This page explains where our data comes from, how often it's updated, and how to read it.

Where our data comes from

Our fixtures, results, league tables, squads, and team & player statistics are sourced from SportMonks, a licensed football-data provider. The odds we display are published prices from bookmakers, retrieved through the same provider and shown purely as data for comparison — we don't set odds and you can't bet on Footbodds.

How often we update

• Live scores — refreshed every minute during matches
• Odds — updated approximately every 10 minutes
• Fixtures & schedules — daily
• League standings — daily

How to read the numbers

Odds markets: 1X2 (home win / draw / away win), BTTS (both teams to score), Totals (over/under goals), and Handicap (adjusted-margin) markets. Player figures — appearances, goals, assists, minutes and the detailed statistics — are season totals from the source data.

Coverage & limitations

We cover 50+ leagues, but depth varies by competition: top leagues carry the richest statistics, while lower divisions may have limited data. Where a player or team has no statistics synced for the current season, the page says so rather than inventing numbers. Data is provided “as is” and can change or contain errors — always confirm with the original source before relying on it.
